These terms cover your use of Streamer Arcade: the website, the dashboard, the arcade overlay and the games. By using it you agree to them.

An early product

Streamer Arcade is an early product, provided as it is: things may break, change or be switched off, and we can’t promise it will always be available. Pricing is agreed with each streamer directly; we never charge you for anything you haven’t agreed to.

Streamers

• You’re responsible for your stream and for following the rules of the platform you stream on (Twitch, YouTube).
• You decide when the arcade is on, which games run, and you and your moderators can pause or skip at any time.
• Don’t use the arcade to mislead viewers about what they’re paying for.

Players

• Play fair: no scripts, bots or other automation to play games or climb leaderboards. We may remove scores and access that break this.
• Be decent in chat; the streamer and their moderators run their community.
• Anything earned or unlocked in the arcade (scores, ranks, in-game credits) exists only inside the arcade and has no cash value. Payments such as Bits or Super Chats are made to the platform, under its terms.

Your content and ours

Your channel, name and community stay yours. The games, art and software are ours; you may show them on your stream and in clips of it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or problems caused by the streaming platforms or your own setup.
