Streamer Arcade runs chat-controlled games on livestreams. This page explains what we store, why, and how to get it removed. In short: we keep the minimum needed to run the arcade, we never sell data, and there are no ads or tracking on our pages.
Streamers (creators)
- Your Twitch account when you sign in with Twitch: your Twitch user id, login, display name, profile picture and, if Twitch shares it, your email address.
- Your arcade settings: which games are on, prices, whether the arcade is live, and the chat platform you use.
- YouTube (beta): if you connect YouTube, your channel id, handle and title. If you connect a bot account, its access is stored encrypted and is only used to post the arcade’s chat messages.
Viewers (players)
- Your chat identity when you use an arcade command: your Twitch or YouTube user id and username, as the chat shows them.
- Game interactions: a record of supported paid events (for example a Bits cheer) and the in-game actions they triggered, including which stream they happened on. We never process your payment; the platform does.
- Play codes and scores: the one-time codes that let you play, and your scores for the weekly leaderboards.
We read the chat of channels where the arcade is switched on, to find commands. Messages that aren’t commands are not stored. Commands are logged on our server for troubleshooting and those logs are rotated.
If you contact us
When you use the contact form we store your name, email, channel, platform and message so we can reply. We keep a salted hash of your IP address only to stop spam. Ask us and we’ll delete it.
Cookies
Signing in to the dashboard sets a session cookie. That is the only cookie we use: no analytics, no advertising.
Who else handles it
Our servers and database are hosted by our hosting provider in the EU. Sign-in goes through Twitch (and Google for our team). We use an email provider to send sign-up notifications to the founder. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your choices
Email sayaksarkar73@gmail.com to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted; we’ll answer within 30 days. Streamers can switch their arcade off at any time from the dashboard or with!arcade off.
Children
Streamer Arcade is for people old enough to use Twitch or YouTube (13 and up, or older where local law requires).
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and the date above, and tell streamers on the dashboard.
